All boarded cats are insured while staying at the cattery, conditions apply. They must have an up to date course of vaccinations against the feline upper respiratory tract disease known as cat flu and feline enteritis/parvovirus or booster at least seven days before being boarded at the cattery. You should also keep up to date with flea and worming treatments.

Fees are due at the time the cat/s is collected from the cattery, payment to be made by cash or cheque with guarantee card, we cannot release a cat until payment is made.
If booking is cancelled with less than 14 days notice a cancellation fee may be charged unless we are able to re-book the chalet.
A deposit may be required for main holiday weeks, half terms, Easter and Christmas.
